Below are some basic company policies I have regarding methods of ordering,

- Ordering
- If you would like to order any of my items just send me an email with a list of the
items that you are interested in.
- In addtion please include your address and phone number so that I can calculate the
shipping cost also include what form of payment you will be using.
- Shipping
- All shipping and handling charges are to be
paid by the buyer.
- There is a $2.00 handling charge for all orders
- All items will be shipped via UPS ground or
USPS priority.
- Faster shipping methods are available at
additional cost to buyer
- COD orders are available for some items
- All items are shipped insured
- Payment
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
money orders and checks as payment.
- Orders paid by personal and business checks subject
to a 10 day hold unless you have filled out the company credit application.
- Credit Card orders Using mastercard or visa are subject to a 2.65%
surcharge.
- Credit Card orders using American Express are subject to a 3.25%
surcharge.
- Business checks with prior approval from filling out
the company credit application are not subject to
the 10 day hold.
- If you want COD, e-mail and we will try to
accomodate you (NO COD on auction items)
- After your order is received you will be
notified via e-mail of the totals and given a choice of payment methods
- Canadian orders welcome.
- International orders are welcome, but payment
must be in the form of a wire transfer or an International money order in US dollars drawn
off a US bank.
- Returns
- All orders are shipped insured and damage in
transit will be covered by insurance.
- You must obtain a RMA before returning an item.
- All items must be returned at your expense
- All items must be returned in original
packaging.
- Any item in working condition may be returned
within 30 days of invoice date for a refund
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
must be returned in saleable condition.
- Defective items returned within 30 days of invoice
date may be refunded or replaced if the warranty is not a factory or manufacturers
warranty.
- After 30 days items may be returned for
replacement only if they are defective and are under a warranty other than a factory or
manufacturers warranty
- Items with a factory or manufacturers warranty must
be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
- Sales tax
- All residents from the State of New Jersey must pay a
6.0% sale tax or provide a Resale Certificate.
